His parents Orson Grow and Ruby Joan Worthen and siblings; Lyn Worthen (Jim) Murray of St. George, Glen Gordon (Lise) Worthen of Hurricane, Brent Wn of Panguitch, Terry Lee (Lorie) Worthen of Cedar City and Carren Joan Worthen Jensen of Cedar City, along with 3 wonderful grandchildren. Graveside services will held on November 5, 2011 at 1:00 pm in the Panguitch Cemetery in Panguitch, Utah under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary. ______________________________________________________________
