  	Gary Ernest Scott, age 67, passed away Monday, April 15, 2002 in Salt Lake City, UT. Gary graduated from Granite High and served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He worked for Merle Hinds Co. for many years and then worked at Amfac Electric for 17 years. Gary chose to work at Friendship Manor until he retired. He ed working with the elderly. Gary was born March 6, 1935 in Salt Lake City to Ernest and Katherine Sullivan Scott. He married JoAnne Jorgensen. They later divorced. He then married Arletha Stout. She preceded him in death. Gary is survived by one son, Rory (Vivian) Scott; one sister, Dolores S. Jaquier and many nephews and nieces. Preceded in death by his parents and wives. A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 20, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East 4580 South. Friends may call Friday evening, from 6 - 8 p.m., at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 So. 2300 E. ______________________________________________________________
