Twenty-sixth ward chapel. Burial will take place in the City cemetery. Mr. Parker was born in Salt Lake, March 3, 1866, a son of Joshua and Drucilla Hartley Parker, Utah hand cart pioneers. His first wife, Mrs. Annie Morris Parker, died March 20, 1931. He was a member of the high priests' quorum of the Twenty-sixth ward
