  	"Cleo" Clela Bodily Nielsen, was born January 6, 1937 in Vernal, Utah to Sterling and Reva Hall Bodily. She passed away January 8, 2016. She attended Maeser Elementary School and graduated from Uintah High School, Vernal. She loved her pets as a child and an adult. She married Otis Nielsen, April 27, 1956 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They moved to California in 1961 and resided in Napa until May 2004 when they returned to Utah. Cleo worked at Albert's Department Store as a cashier (now Mervyn's) then began her career in insurance which spanned over 30 years. She was an Insurance Claims Adjuster, retiring in 1995. She was a volunteer with North Bay Suicide Prevention for over 10 years. After her retirement she enjoyed learning how to sew again, working on genealogy (her family tree goes back to Adam and Eve), and traveling. She and her gentle, loving, caring husband Otis had no children but they enjoyed their pets immensely, and enjoyed their many nephews and nieces. Cleo's family consists of best friend and companion dog, Spencer; sister, Renae Ormsby (Edward, deceased) Odessa, Texas; brother, Irving Vance, deceased (Shirley) Kearns, Utah; baby sister, Velma Loy deceased, brother, Sterling Verdin (Evelyn) Vernal, Utah; brother, Larry Clell , deceased (Judy) Kearns, Utah. Cleo is preceded in death by her loving husband Otis and parents. We would like to thank her loving caregiver, Mary Ann, for the care she has given her for the past 10 months. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Thursday, January 14, 2016, at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary , 4760 South State Street, Murray, from 4:00-5:00 p.m. followed by a brief service at 5:00 p.m. Burial will be at a later date in Vernal, Utah.
