He is survived by his wife; kids; five grandchildren; his mom; brother, Chuck (Linda) Worthen; and sisters, Jeannine (Fred) Rasband and Brenda Campbell. He was preceded in death by his dad, Ned; and grandson, Tyler Johnson. "Love you Daddy" Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 5, 2010 in the Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South.
