  	Leland George Orton, Sr., age 90, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2006. Lee was born September 26, 1915 in Silver City, Utah to Joseph and Amanda Davis Orton. He was a member of the SLC Fire Department for 25 years and retired in 1968. Lee loved life, his family, friends, fishing, and Golf! He had an enormous heart and everyone who knew him spoke of his generosity. Lee also owned a very successful upholstery business for most of his life. He was extremely talented as well as a versatile individual who was willing to assist anyone at anytime. Lee will be sorely missed by all. He is survived by two brothers, Bill, San Diego, CA, and Dean, Clifton, TX; two daughters, Sharon (Dennis) Garner, Watsonville, CA, and Christie (Larry) Lee, Murray; two sons, Lee Jr. (Susan) and Gary (Ranae), both SLC; two stepdaughters, Linda (Raymond) Catten, and Leslie Ensign, Magna; 16 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren. Lee was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Phyllis Grow; second wife, Jean Ensign; his son, Terry; two grandchildren, Shane and Whitney Lee; Amy Catten; and his sister, Mabel Pate, Indiana. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, May, 16th at the Grandview First Ward, 2930 So. 2000 E, SLC, UT. Viewing will be held from 11a.m.-12:45 p.m. prior to services.
