- Florice Grow, 75, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. She was born to Alfred Dallas Labrum and Alta Florice Fuell. She graduated from Jordan High School in Sandy, Utah. She married Lynn Anderson for 17 years, and they had four children. She then married the love of her life, Richard H. Grow, on May 22, 1971, in Elko, Nevada. They lived most of their years together in Sandy, Utah, and added three children to their family. After retirement, they made their home in Idaho Falls. She was a homemaker and raised seven children. While residing in Idaho, she very quickly became known as Grandma Tootsie. She had a love for children and made it part of her daily routine to hand out tootsie rolls to young kids who came to her door. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
