Survivors: husband, Grantsville; daughters, Mrs. Jerold (Tanya) Henrie, Carlin, Nev.; Mrs. Roger (Beth) Foisy, Grand Junction, Colo.; sons, Dan S., Grantsville; L. Trent, Williams AFB, Chandler, Ariz.; 22 grandchildren; four great-grandchild; brothers, Scott B. Smith, Thomas D. A. Smith, both Circleville; sister, Mrs. Lincoln (Beth) Nelder, Parker, Ariz. Funeral services were Monday in Grantsville, with graveside services Tuesday in the Panguitch City Cemetery directed by Neal S.
