Rowse, 809 Twenty-third Street, when their daughter Elsie Rowse, and lee P. Cahmberlain were married, John Edward Carver performing thermony. Alto Rowse Tanner and William Chamberlain attended the young couple. After the wedding ceremony a supper was served to a large number of relatives and friends.
